Updating the review here, great property however make sure you record all of the property before you move in. This property charged us for the unclogging the sink which when I moved in I told Farraz about it and he didn't send anyone to fix it. We simply got charged for the previous renters clogging the sink. We got charged for normal wear and tear. They charged us for damaged kitchen floor which was completely bogus. We also got charged for a clogged vacuum... excessive move out charges. If you move in, record everything before and after you move out. And your reviews should be written after

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Faraaz. He was honest and helpful throughout the entire three years we rented one of his locations in West Covina. He always responded quick and effectively whenever we had maintenance requests (all minor by the way). Even after we concluded our lease contract, he was still very professional and respectful. I also have to say we were expecting to get some but not to all our deposit money back, as most business keep a portion of it and justify it with cleaning and minor repairs. He did not use any excuse and reimbursed us 100% of that deposit
