The service guy, Mike showed up inside the promised time window. Then he showed exceptional work ethics by getting on the case swiftly while answering all the questions and explaining the mechanics of the system in our house. All this was performed in a very polite manner and expedited nature. He didnt forget to mention that he loves working for this company which speaks volume about River Valley Oil..
