When we went to Wayne and Hi Point Home Builders, we were in a bit of a desperate situation. We had paid a home designer to create a plan for what we hoped would be our dream home, but the design somehow overshot our budget significantly. Wayne said they could do the build within our budget if we just didn't install the decks and didn't finish the basement. In meetings over the course of a year, we fleshed out all the details; we had to re-flesh the details, because Wayne would forget what we had talked about, likely due to almost always multi-tasking. He consistently ignored our wishes

We've been in our Hi-Point home in Gold Hill Mesa for several months now. Everyone we've worked with, including Wayne Intermill, Wes O'Dell, Tammi Stuart, Dusti Vondy, and Darwin Hart, has been professional, pleasant, and responsive. Wayne, Wes, and Tammi are creative problem solvers who have gone the extra mile for us from initial design through final punch-list resolution. We couldn't be happier with the service or the final result.
