Buying process was great, but once you move in good luck getting any type of customer service. You are promised at closing that any issues annotated before closing with the house will be fixed within 2 weeks,… that is a joke. 48 hour turn around with the warranty department is a joke. Oh and the 4th day in my new home, my garage door fell off, this was only one of multiple issues with the house (many of which I am still waiting on resolution for). Once I finally did get my cracked kitchen cabinets repaired here are some pictures of the repair job I was left with…

I have always had a great experience with Challenger Homes, both as a licensed Realtor and as a personal buyer of 2 homes. On my most recent personal purchase I had the pleasure to “work” with Alexis Smith. She made the entire process easy as can be! There were constant updates via different form of communication and made sure I understood the entire process (even though she knew I did this for a living as well). She still treated my home buying journey as though I was a first time home buyer. (Which I really appreciated) all while never sounding scripted or mechanical…Working with people

Couldn’t of been happier with my building process with Challenger Homes. Alexis out at Branding Iron was terrific throughout the entire process. She kept me in the loop weekly and had answers to all my questions. Even after we moved in, she’s still keeping in touch making sure everything is perfect for us. Just amazing!

Matt and his team are amazing! From initial visit to closing Matt answered questions, took a Sunday to let me in to see the progress of my home, and each step of the way he was responsive and professional. Matt checks in even now a month and half after closing to see how things are with my home and when I have questions he is still as responsive as he was before closing. This was a great home buying experience! Thank you challenger!!

We have had THE BEST experience with Challenger Homes!! Chanler was our selling agent and she was absolutely amazing! Knowing there were shortages and delays, she always set realistic expectations and didn't give us false hope! Luke was the superintendent and he was also amazing! He really has an eye for detail and he made sure the house was ready to go for us to close! There is so much stress that goes along with buying a home, but Challenger really minimized that stress for us! We would ABSOLUTELY do business with them again, or refer others to them!

Superintendent Luke was extremely helpful and earned the respect of myself and my father in a very short period of time. My dad has been in the plumbing trade for more than 40 years and an inspector for 20 years. Luke demonstrated his professionalism and knowledge and was extremely open to listen to things that needed to be corrected. Not only did… he hear what was said, but he took thorough notes and followed up. The service he provides cannot go unrecognized. His role doesn’t necessarily require the incredible face-to-face customer respect like what is expected of a sales representative

Challenger Homes is amazing! As a realtor it is very important that my clients receive outstanding customer service! From the beginning of the process, choosing the lot, writing the contract, learning about the community and process Emily was professional, knowledgeable and always available. I worked with her and her team on two separate homes and both were great experiences for all of my clients. Challengers hard work and follow through was very much appreciated by all. I plan to work with them again in the future, they have my full confidence in delivering beautiful homes!

The buying experience was amazing. As soon as we closed they have fallen beyond short. They never call back or I’d they do they start repairs and then leave you hanging. I have a hole in my drywall in the basement, it’s been almost a year and it’s still not fixed. They attempted to fix my siding, left larger gaps then painted it the wrong color.… Then they dropped off wood to repair and just vanished. They left in my front yard then I started getting harassment letters from my HOA and almost got fined. I had to tend to it myself. So I am still waiting for a call back and

We are currently buying a home from them.
For the exterior of the house they give you color schemes to pick from. It’s has to be one of them. They are very limited, and not that great.
When you get to the design studio, you get you choice of limited bulk products.
I asked for the to just setup hookup for appliances, instead of paying for… cheap bulk products to be placed in the home. They said no.
In all honesty while I would have loved to do some of the upgrades, our house was already reaching almost $400,000. While it will be cute, and livable, it’s just a shadow of the dream

We worked with David for our new build in Ventana. He went above and beyond during the entire process from start to close and we couldn’t be more thrilled. He was informative, helpful, quick to respond and always solved any issues or problems we brought up. The customer service experience with David exceeded expectations and was one of the best service experiences we have had. We also had a great experience with all of the challenger work crew including the super Scott.

I'm currently purchasing my very first investment property and chose The Townes at Polaris Peak - a Challenger Homes Community. I've had an incredible experience so far. My sales counselor and the construction superintendents are very helpful, informative and are always communicating with me. I can't wait to close! And who wouldn't love the views here!

Recently in the market for a new home and had the best experience I have ever gone through. The sales team really new all the details to any questions I had for them and followed up on some of the more difficult things we had had challenges with in the past from our current home. Home buying is one of the most stressful things I have experienced in the past when I first moved to Colorado and wish it was this easy the first time. I hope that anyone in the market for a new home will consider Challenger Homes for their new neighborhood.

The house we bought is beautiful and for the neighborhood is nice. We had an issue with a leak when we first moved in and it was corrected immediately. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be near constant "landscaping" going on. It's getting old having the construction trucks in the way and the workers yelling at the crack of dawn (I work nights so it is a problem for my sleep).

My windows leak, my grass died off from poor grading, my doorbell doesn't work. Challenger has had months to resolve these issues! They did replace the windows, but failed to caulk them or replace the trim or shutters. These windows also leak!
After their worker agreed there was a drainage problem, they have now determined my dogs are responsible for that one corner of my yard dying off, even though the rest of the yard is fine. The grass died from root rot. They also said they had been out twice, yet they havent been out since the first worker agreed!

After reading some of the other reviews on Challenger, I see that were not the only family that has major issues with this company. we recently bought a home in September 2014. needless to say we spent a lot of money, and to be honest with the amount of money we just spent I am in shock at the quality of work, craftsmanship, and product that we just bought! Terrible! we have nothing but issue since the build started, with the home, the property and some of the employees, and contractors. I used to help build homes and I know what right looks like, some of these people actually tried to lie

Our home was completed in August 2013. Within one month several things started to go wrong with the home. We began trying to schedule to have all the warranty issues "looked" at and we were immediately told that he will take as many notes as possible but he doesn't make the decision what could be fixed. Three appointments later for "further evaluation" things began to look up. One thing fixed. The pipes. The paint, the garage and many other things had been on hold till things could be fixed. We're now in November and things aren't fixed and I'm frustrated
