Had had high hopes for the order I placed. When I saw it I was immensely disappointed. Although my mother really appreciated it she knew instantly there's no way I would've ordered something would look like this. I contacted the owner and for a moment it seemed like she was going to work with me and then suddenly ceased all communication when I sent her multiple pictures of the arrangement. I've then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at which point she never responded to them. I will now be disputing the charge with my credit card because I was not provided the item

I was really excited to try this service. I didn’t expect to experience the service I did. I was purchasing flowers for a family member who lost a loved one. I paid for an earlier delivery date which they failed to deliver on. So I called to ask why it hadn’t been delivered and if I could have my delivery payment refunded. After being rudely told no and they didn’t have anything else to say besides it was an “error”. No apology or reasoning behind it. I will not choose this florist again. As a retired designer, I know my expectation are high...but I was very dissatisfied with this work. I ordered bright colored, cheery, texture with lots of colors in a Happy Mug; what was delivered was white and yellow with one orange flower and a couple dark flowers; they did get texture with filler flowers and greens. Purpose was to bring joy to someone who needed it today. I was told, if I go get the arrangement from the recipient they would change it. I paid for a service; $65. I was not offered a partial refund or anything other than going to get it so

I ordered $70 worth of flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday at her work. They were never delivered. I called and was told they were marked in the system as being delivered. Luckily, my wife was able to check the cameras at her work and there was no delivery ever made. They finally decided to have the flowers delivered FOR REAL this time. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. When I asked if they could be delivered before 3pm it seemed to be an issue, but reluctantly, they delivered them at the last minute. A few years ago, I used them for the flowers at my wedding. Very disappointing

Ordered an arrangement listed on their website in the photo below, Winter Moonlight Bouquet for 49.99. Asked Janet specifically if they had the exact roses. Janet stated she did. I placed the order. Once the order arrived it looked nothing like the photo. I sent Janet photos of the arrangement that arrived. She stated substitutions were made and that it was only short one rose and what I call lavender roses they call pink-purple. She should have told while placing my order she didn't have the flowers shown on her website. She offered to pick up the flowers they delivered and refund my money

Wanted to send flowers to a friend who works in Burlington. Thanks to Yelp I discovered The Secret Garden. The reviews were good. I chose a $79 arrangement and it was delivered as instructed. They were quite accommodating and followed all delivery instructions. The arrangement was gorgeous and looked like the photo on their website. Check out the photo!

Great floral shop. Went in the day before we needed a bouquet of flowers; they allowed us to tour the shop and look at all the flowers available to use. Gave them a dollar amount for a bouquet and allowed them to design the arrangement and what flowers to use, only specifying the colors. We were not disappointed when we picked up the bouquet the next day.

I ordered an arrangement last minute over the phone to be delivered the same day.
I was super impressed with the arrangement. It was full of beautiful flowers. Lillies, sunflowers, rose's, and more. It was worth more than double what I paid for it.
When I am in the Union, Richwood or Florence area I will use them again.

I came in early in the morning to get a sympathy basket for a funeral. I had ZERO experience knowing what to get or how to pick something out. The friendly staff helped me every step of the way to ensure I got the right plant and the right sympathy statement piece. They made the arrangement fit for cause by wrapping it with a white bow for no extra charge. All in all- wonderful experience, great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return when I need additional floral services.

I live in Los Angeles and due to the time difference, I ended up calling Secret Garden yesterday 5 minutes before closing. A lady named Hannah answered and was super nice and helpful. She didn't rush me at all. I mentioned that I was from LA but wanted to send my cousin in KY some sympathy flowers. I gave her a brief idea of what I wanted and left it in their hands. I asked if she would be able to send me a picture of the flowers so I could have an idea of what they looked like. Great florist with the best people working there. They actually care about what they do and aren't afraid of customizing your order.
The flowers are as fresh as anywhere.
The only thing that got a 4 star instead of 5 is that they are also a wholesaler and the feel you get when going in to the store is much more warehouse and much less retail. It feels like a factory more than a retail florist.
Having said that, the important thing, the flowers and service, are excellent. So close to a 5 star rating.

I ordered a plant online to be delivered to a funeral. The plant was listed as small so I thought it would be table sized. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was a large floor planter. What a wonderful florist. I would definitely do business with them again. In fact, from now on I am going to get all my flowers through no one but them. Their price was at least ten dollars lower than competitors prices. Thank you Secret Garden!
