I would give zero stars if it was possible. I had a tree from the home that is under there property management. Fall onto my home. I have called three times and have left three detailed messages. No one has bothered to call me back and let me know anything. They have been absolutely none responsive. I would not recommend them to manage your property, rent, or buy from them. They are an absolutely horrible company. And apparently, their employees don't care either. STAY AWAY. DON'T WALK RUN.

One of the worst rental properties as far as returning any calls or issues you have time and time again. I have repeatedly called regarding issues since we moved in and no one ever comes and when i asked the lady dont they check up on their maintainence she replied “ we. Just dont have enough time to do everything”.
Why pay 950 a month? where is the extra money going? Not to any type of maintenance crew thats for sure.

I rented my home in Richlands with Onslow County Properties for three years, the only service this company offered consistently was collecting their fees. They talk a great game until they are asked to do something or schedule maintenance then there is a litany of reasons that they can not help. This is not a company I would choose to business with again.

This realtors property management is a joke. We began our rental with them June 14, it is now November 14, and we are still waiting on electrical repairs ( repairs have been done at our expense). We had no air conditioner for 6 weeks, through July & August, and no have no heat. We bought & used window units, even after the air was ‘fixed’ and are currently using space heaters. Had planned on living here long term, quite frankly counting days to lease end.

If I could give less than 1 star, I really would. I am a single parent who was affected by the recent Hurricane Florence and have been desperately been trying to find a home for my 2 children and I. I have been applying and trying to work with several agencies to find housing since we lost our townhouse in the storm. This place when I called to explain my situation after I viewed one of their properties literally 10 minutes before calling, was very rude and insensitive. She told me that an application was in for the property (even though I had a real estate agent verify before we even viewed it

I can not say enough positive things about Onslow County Properties and their staff! As a military family, it is difficult to trust others with your home from hundreds of miles away.
