Terrible service. I have called 4 times over 3 days trying to get my husbands prescription faxed over and each time they say they will get it done and then never send it. When a customer needs their prescription they need to send it, that task should take 2 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want an efficient optical team this is not it.

They have a great selection of frames, but even though it was clear that I was waiting for help, no one told me I had to sign in until I had been waiting almost half an hour for one of them to finish with the customers they had. By that time, several more people had come in, so I would be waiting at least another hour. They were taking forever with customers, including chatting about honeymoon trips, etc., even though the store was very busy.

Have my daughter the wrong prescription. Rude nurse that insists on speaking over you like she knew exactly what she was talking about. I will never return to this location. Also parents, when they tell you that Tracy Patton can treat children, run away. One of the employees informed me that that was not the case at all. You'd think that if they can't treat a child, they wouldn't have even attempted it. That just shows you how little they care. They also tried to make a photo copy of the correct prescription Vanderbilt gave me for some reason? I felt so uncomfortable I recorded every interaction

Looking for glasses from a optician that's not one of the big chains, but at an affordable price. Several boutique optical eyewear shops in the Boro are very expensive. A friend recommended Price Eyewear and I am glad they did. Went in today- already had my prescription, just needed to look at eyewear. The location is really easy to get too and their is plenty of parking. I was warmly greeted and the office ladies took my information and even found me some insurance coverage that I didn't know I had for eyewear. Their eyewear selection is really good for a private shop and the assistant

Office staff was unfriendly from the beginning. Was trying contacts out again and getting new glasses. Could not get my contact prescription right and at first I thought I just did not like contacts. Then I get my glasses in and they are wrong as well. The lady working with me was unfriendly, not helpful, and in general acted like I was a crazy person because I thought the prescription was wrong. Blurry vision is not something you get "used to". Then when trying to reschedule another visit they come to find that they never even measured my current glasses correctly. I tell them I would like to

Dr. Price and her entire staff are great!! They always go out of their way to make my experience awesome. I went to a "local" place here for years and waited hours to be seen and then hours to be frame styled. And I lost a contact once and needed a trial and my prescription was gonna expire the following week and the "local" place in town would not give me a trial nor would they give me my prescription!! Dr. Price's office would never do anything like that! Everyone in Rutherford County should go to Price Eye Care.

Doctors are good here but the office manager is rude. She acted as though it was a supreme inconvenience to book an annual check up appointment for me. I really wanted to say, "Pardon me, Your Highness, I'm so sorry to ask you to do your job." But I refrained. If you go in there, be prepared to sling attitude right back at her. Don't take any of her crap.

I love Dr Price, she is awesome, BUT!!!! her office manager is awful! I'm not the only one with the same issue. I had ordered glasses the lenses were wrong, She said she'd re order a different brand, I ask her repeatedly what the cost was she quoted $$ and when my glasses came back the cost was 3 times the amount she quoted me. She is now holding my prescription so that I can not go anywhere else and get it filled, as well as frauding my insurance so that I can not use my benefits unitl next year.
Dr price as a eye care provider is a great great 5 star Doctor, but the office staff (Mangager) makes

So, I shopped around and called local offices and talked with the staff. I liked Dr. Price's staff the best. They seem the most eager to want my business. It didn't hurt that they are across the street from my work either. Office is clean and selection of men's and women's is contemporary and plenty not to mention priced right. Then... My dog ate my new glasses about 3 months after I got them. I called them up and told them the bad news and they ordered my new glasses and offered me a 20% discount since my insurance wasn't going to cover the new frames and lenses. I will do business with Price

Lost me as a customer today. After several attempts to visit their office, Price Eye Care was finally open. I stopped by to shop for frames. It didn't bother me that after 30 minutes no one offered to help me. I wanted to carefully view all of the in stock frames before I asked for assistance. Anyway, a young women came over and politely told me the office was closing for lunch as they were guests of the reps. I will say each staff member is very professional and polite, Dr. Price is awesome BUT if you have a job and a schedule to adhere to then, you may have issues with this office
