I wanted to be sure to post about our experience with Tatum at Dwell. When we initially began our home search, we were referred to another realtor/broker couple. At first we felt like we would be successful with securing a mortgage as well as finding our first home. We soon discovered that we were not their type of client, they were more focused on the higher end buyers so we got very little attention. While renting in San Carlos, we were referred by our landlord to use Tatum. She said she was hesitant to recommend her, because she knew that Tatum would find us a house and she'd lose us as

Where do I begin? I have worked with many Realtors professionally and Joyce Romeo is outstanding. She helped us buy a new home and sell ours off market quickly (so quickly in fact that it closed before our new purchase). She patiently worked with us off and on for over a year as we casually looked, and wrote an offer on almost no notice when we decided to finally pull the trigger in the middle of a pandemic. My wife and I selected Joyce Romeo of Joyce & Tatum Real Estate / Dwell Realtors to sell our house from a recommendation. Based on our experience, we can not recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house as we feel that she did not take care of our house as she said she would.

If you are looking to buy or sell a house in San Carlos or neighboring towns, you would be foolish to not strongly consider working with Joyce Romeo and her partner Tatum Clarke at Dwell Realtors. Dwell came together as a boutique firm with a number of top agents who work together for the benefit of their clients. When we were buying our house, we worked with Joyce who spent a great deal of time understanding what we were looking for and listening carefully as our preferences evolved as we learned more about the market.

If you ever wanted to find the 'unicorn' of real estate agents, you need to work with Bob Bredel. He knows more about the in's and out's of real estate (specifically the San Carlos market), better than anyone, hands down. He is a consummate professional and helped us expertly navigate the entire house buying process over an exhaustive search in an incredibly hot market. We were able to buy the house of our dreams and we owe it 100% to to him. The house we purchased had 24 disclosure packages out and 12 offers.
