We started renting a unit managed by Pertria in April, 2018. So far, it's been a positive experience. As is to be expected, there were a few repairs that had to be made shortly after our move in -- these were done promptly. When there have been problems (i.e., HVAC unit rusting out, overhead fluorescent light ballasts burning out in the kitchen), Pertria very promptly had someone sent out to remedy the matter. I'd provide an update if the move-out process is negative (though, we've no plan to move out any time soon), but if the move-out process is anything like the rest of our

Qadria is the best, most efficient, proactive agent we have ever worked with! We couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly she managed fixing up our rental property (with probably close to a hundred small tasks and fixes that needed to be addressed and tracked). Everything was done incredibly quickly and the place rented (to ideal tenants!) almost before the paint could dry. Qadria is also a pleasure to work with: pleasant, friendly, and a great communicator!

Qadria has been our property manager for several years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, always available, and responsive. She does a great job helping us manage our properties and tenancies. I highly recommend her services.

The owner Helen Pasterino is beyond compare in competence, professionalism and anything else one may want in a person. She gets the job done -- and done well. I rent a property from Pertria and Qadria Bokhari has been my representative for years. I noticed my hot water was dripping from the valve, and placed a maintenance request. Qadria reached out within 15 minutes and had a plumber show up at 8am the next morning. I hold Qadria in high regard. I couldn't ask for a better property manager.

I've had the same experience with Qadria Bokhari and Pertria as the other real reviewers here. I won't go into a laundry list of complaints, but I will say she was rude and doesn't have a basic understanding of California rental law. As a property manager, its her JOB to know the laws and follow them. Either she doesn't know the laws or she is intentionally not following them. Either way, she is horrible.
I'm really not a complainer. Look at at my lovely reviews of all the lovely places we've done business. I always try to look on the positive side of life.

We have moved out of the property that was managed by Pertria Management and it was one of the worse move out procedures I have ever experienced. First, we scheduled a "pre-inspection" walk through to go over what needed to be cleaned upon leaving. Our manager Qadria had to cancel on us 30 minutes prior to our first meeting because she was stuck in meetings. Fine, we rescheduled. When she arrived, we went room to room and discussed what needed to be cleaned while I took notes. She then made a statement

I entered my rental housing market with eyes wide open, visiting about a dozen sites within a few miles of each other.
