We got locked out of our safe, and the safe company gave us a few options to call. We called Commercial Safe & Lock to ask for service to open a safe. The owner refused to work with us. He said he CAN help us, but that he “DIDN’T WANT TO”. He then hung up on us and didn’t have a reason as to why he wouldn’t help us. We were really shocked by this. There was no reason to discriminate against us. We love supporting our local community and we try our best to work with local companies. Unfortunately, we do not recommend Commercial Safe & Lock.

Absolutely Amazing! I’ve been using Jim at Commercial Safe and Lock for over 15 years. Being a local real estate broker I’ve needed it all. Rekeying locks, changing out locks, making copies of keys, making custom keys and even opened my moms car when she locked her keys in the car.
Best part of it all, he answers his phone and works hard to get what I need done ASAP. Never needed to call anyone else.
