Absolutely the quickest and cheapest of the locksmiths I've used. I wish I knew about the Lock Shop before I called pop-a-lock and had a horrible encounter.Ive used the Lock Shop the last 2 times and I won't use anyone else. They keep their word when they say they'll be there. They call you to verify address and they show up on time. I dont give good reviews lightly but these guys definitely deserve the high praise. I'll be going to them to get a key made asap. Their prices are the best out there and they were professional and it was easy to see knew what they were doing. They had my door unlocked

This is the worse day with locksmith dealing. I needed to re-key some locks. Called, the owner was very nice, gave me a quote. The technician arrives and gives me a complete different quote. I asked Daniel, the technician not to start until we get pricing clarification, which he completely ignored and started taking locks off the doors, I asked him again to stop, and again, like if I was speaking a language from some tribe in the Amazon... he carries on taking locks off. I called the owner and he talked to Daniel, all clear. Then I went to Daniel to give him the original key from locks, again

Bad/ awful/ customer service!! I am writing this review as I cry with frustration at the way my family was treated. My sister thought she had gotten her key stolen along with her purse. She called aaa and they set up for someone to contact her. The Lock Shop called her and ask for vin # so they could look up key at shop. All this sounded official to us and she gave them the number. They came out to our home. I need to state we made sure that we stated this was not an emergency!!! When they got to our home we found the key. It was in the car and not stolen after all. That was a relief but than immediately

They helped me out a lot even jumped my vehicle when I needed it. fast and friendly. I was amazed that the locks on my doors matched the locks on my ignition. when I had to replace my locks before I had to have separate keys. this time they matched the new locks to my existing keys. I love only having one key instead of two keys for my car ty lock shop. next time someone breaks my locks I'm coming to you.

Our keys were stolen and we had to re-key our house. Leon came out within a few hours and had the whole thing done in no time at all! His rates were incredibly reasonable, he was friendly and professional, and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know in need of a locksmith!

I needed my locked re-keyed the day I was leaving town and Leon showed up within five minutes. Within the hour, the locks were rekeyed and I had a bunch of extra keys made for my tenants! I will definitely use The Lock Shop in the future. So grateful for such a quick response, relatively painless, and all for a decent price.
