Terrible customer service. The doctor was supposed to give me a referral for an oral surgeon, weeks pass and I still did not receive anything so I decided to reach out myself. They refused to give me a referral even after the doctor already stated I would get one. I had to go back and forth with multiple people in this office and I finally got the referral only because I cursed them out. It shouldn’t have had to come to that since I was already promised that I’d get one because I have a tooth that needs to be extracted immediately. Also, myself and the oral surgeon’s office had to contact

This was my first visit to Captivating Smiles. I would definitely recommend coming here. They are very thorough, especially with your treatment plan. They will answer any questions you have and explain in full detail what you need done. Dr. Carter-Robinson is very friendly, one of the nicest dentists I’ve had in a while, as well as her staff!

Terrible service. We’ve been trying to call for x-rays and they never pick up. They said it would be ready in 2 weeks. It’s been 4 months. The one time they did pick up the phone, they refused to give them (something about insurance) and said they’ll just give a refund. They didn’t mention anything about insurance before when they took the x-rays and charged $25. Do not waste your time here.
