This company runs several other companies that rent units under the name Gabba LLC and Browsa LLC. Do not rent from them if you want your security deposit back. My family and I stayed in their unit for 5 years. I was told they were replacing the carpet and going with tile, charged me for that, charged me with a water bill that I had previously paid, cleaning fee which I cleaned before I left, saying the walls were dirty when they were already dirty prior to moving in and not freshly painted so I was charged for that as well. They also charged me a remaining rent balance that was bogus followed

I used to rent from Antonio Brown at this location. I was here long before he purchased this property. This man and his son used to scream at me all the time and intentionally come into my office and yell at me in front of my clients to try to force me to leave after paying them rent for two years. My clients are witnesses. I was shot 6 times by a random person from Miami who I never met before and could not walk. I was in a wheelchair and took care of my clients and paid my rent.
