Metro Home did a great job building my home. I'm thrilled with the quality, the attention to detail and the cost. I chose Metro Home after visiting a beautiful home they built for a friend 3 years ago. I was blown away. When I was ready to build I went directly to them. They found a perfect lot for me and worked with me every step of the way. Alberto, the owner is hands on. He is honest and totally trustworthy. I can't say enough good things Metro Home. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have built three homes and have had very different experiences with each building company. Have not been happy with the build. At first they did not start construction until 4 months after closing of loan. Was told by the sales lady that it would be 7-9 months with permits. Didn't start clearing the land until middle of the 4 month. They wIll go multiple weeks to over month between phase to start the next phase. Was constantly visiting the property and finding mistakes. They will fix them, but if you don't mention something they will fix it not the way you would like. Didn't get the keys until after 1 year and 2 months. Didn't do good job cleaning up left to big

We had a wonderful experience working with Metro Home Builders. Our home is beautiful and everything has turned out as we expected or better. We chose the Granada design with a few changes including an extended triple garage. Alberto and all his Team were great to work with, and although building an individual home is a big project, they were in constant contact with us so that we understood every step. We had a major site issue during the build, nothing to do with Metro, and right away Alberto and his crew stepped in an solved it for us. These people are the worst people to deal with. We had them build our house over a year ago and still never completed the punch list. When they pour the concrete for the driveway someone drove over it they repaired it by using a colored concrete so now there are 2 big lines in the driveway which looks terrible. The front door does not close unless you slam it. The water system They installed is horrible the water is brown. They still have their sign hanging on the tree outside. They left trash all over in the yard. They dug a hole in the back without letting us know even though we paid to have
