Until I got here I was having a horrible morning. I live in South Milwaukee and work in Lake Villa, IL. I suddenly found myself broken down near the state line. Every other shop in the area could not even relate how I literally needed help today to drive home- Pfeiffer's Doug and Amy were SO nice and accomodating. They were able to order the axle and get it there and on my car in no time. Ge also told me what else I needed with zero pressure to buy it there, which only makes me want to give them more business. They're absolutely wonderful and do an excellent job. Yeimy is super easy to work with and gets you the best quote. I needed back brakes on my kia and front breaks on my monte carlo. They had them both done in an hour and a half and let me know the monte carlo needed back brakes as well (warped). They didnt have the parts but the next morning they had it done and ready for pick up by 930 am. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pfeiffer for ALL auto care needs.

Staff is always very polite and helpful. They let you know what's going on with your vehicle and always give a fair price as oppose to a place like Midas that overcharge. They have water and a little snack inside as well for customers. This is the place I have trusted with my vehicle and the only place I feel comfortable going to(knowing I'm not getting screwed over, as a female who knew nothing about pricing)

The transmission on my truck went out on a Friday and call Pheiffer transmission. I had no Drive or third gear. I got truck home in 2nd gear. They said they were real busy but I could bring it by, but they might not be able to look at it till Monday. Witch I could understated calling just before noon on a Friday. I asked how about if I get it to you first thing Monday, and they said no problem. I gave them my truck and keys when the first opened on Monday. Before my lunch at 11:00am they gave me the bad news of needing a rebuild. The lady I talked to answered all of my questions and was very nice

Tim, Dave and the staff were great.Went in for a transmission check, under the impression that I would need a complete rebuild. This is what I was told by another shop. I got a phone call from Tim telling me the repair was minor and would not need to be rebuilt. Very Honest. I would never go anywhere else.
