We called for a tow truck & was told there were NO trucks until the NEXT DAY! that is ridiculous! are you or are you not 24 hours? that is not what is advertised on your website. also; the man on the phone was rude and immediately hung up after we asked ONE QUESTION. we did not get to finish our sentence before he proceeded to say "goodnight" and HUNG UP THE PHONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. how do you expect people to use your services if the employee behind the phone can't do his job correctly? ZERO STARS. get new employees.

This so called towing establishment is an absolute joke. The lady behind desk "Cruella Deville" her customer service is so bad it makes going to the DMV a day at the spa. Words can't describe how utterly rude this woman is. Totally unprofessional uneducated and inept. So if you want to be belittled treated like trash by an unhappy bitter person from a low budget towing company this is the place to go.

My daughter got a flat at midnight but was able to exit the tollway safely. Her car, however was inoperable. AAA was unable to help us but a call to Lake Co towing yielded quick, professional results. David was able to come withing 15 minutes of our call and promptly loaded my daughter's car onto the flatbed and transported to our repair shop. He was very friendly and professional!

Just had some brake work done on my vehicle through Lake County. These guys got me in right away despite being booked up and were fast and professional. Very straight forward and no upselling. The reason our car got towed is obviously our fault but the lady running the Waukegan location is a piece of work. Very rude and unprofessional, to say the least. She had her mom on the phone while taking care of us. She kept asking us for any type of identification and we repeatedly told her that the wallet is INSIDE the car. We had a release form from the police station and she questioned it and laughed because the officer had given it to us without identificationThey can look us up in the system). I gave the police station a call to verify that we had gotten the release form from them and she

I highly recommend not using this company based on how their drivers drive. I recently was in an accident with one of their drivers. The driver rear-ended me which puts him at blame. He wanted to blame me for "slamming on my brakes". He is at fault and may have totalled my car. If this company hires people like that then I recommend not using them.

I called for a jump start, and even though I was at a prominent location right off the major highway, just over a mile from their location, the lady who took my call seemed to have no idea where it was. Then she quoted me a price almost double what I expected to pay. I called another place more than twice as far away, and they charged me just over half as much and were on site in about 30 minutes -- during rush hour. I now have The Other Place saved in my phone, in case I need them again!

This company is a scam! My daughter was in a car accident, they quickly towed my car to their lot. Their lot was 5 miles down the road, charged my $271 for the tow and $45 for storage. I was never asked if I wanted the car towed and where I wanted the car towed to. They also gave me an extremely hard time to even get my car back- but were quick to continue to charge me storage, yet they would not release my car to me.
