Even though it was known I would not be using their service ( I am in PA), Bryan was quick to reply to my inquiry to identify a particular tile in one of the gallery pix. Recently purchased a new home in Naperville and decided to remodel the master bathroom. We were still in the process of selling our old house and in the midst of a pandemic, so wanted to work with a company that could complete the bulk of the remodel with minimal oversight and involvement on our part. We chose Sebring due to their track record of great end to end service and are very happy with our decision.

We used Sebring several years ago to remodel a bathroom and were so pleased with the experience and the result that we chose to use them again for a full kitchen remodel. Their employees, subcontractors are all first rate, as is the quality of their work. We worked with Sebring Design Build 1 year ago for a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism and quality work. We had a tiny shower next to a big tub we didn’t use in our master bathroom. Sebring converted the tub space into a big beautiful walk-in shower and custom built shelves where the old shower was. It really opened up the room and my only regret is not doing this project 5 years ago when I moved in. It only took the Sebring team 4 weeks to complete the job. At Sebring Services was great to work with, from the owner, to the designer, to the project manager. We carefully worked together to plan the design of my new master bathroom to make sure it would be wheelchair accessible, which included many tweaks with measurements. During the construction phase, the rest of the house was kept clean with runners on the floor. Challenges during the process were addressed with professionalism and good advice. The project manager was very responsive to questions throughout. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail.

We love our beautiful new kitchen and open floor plan. What a huge improvement it has made to our home! Bryan is a very good friend of ours - which almost made me reticent to enter into a business relationship. I shouldn't have worried!
Our basement presented some unique challenges, as the existing ductwork and plumbing dropped below the trusses, and the ceiling was going to require several soffits of varying heights.
Bryan suggested that we could re-route the primary drain for our entire house by a few feet, which would allow us to move forward with only one soffit - and maximize the ceiling height in the primary living space.
This was a very minor investment - which most contractors wouldn

I have nothing but good things to say about Sebring Services. My wife and I recently had them demo a partially finished basement, put in a full bathroom, and then finish 800 sq. ft. of total space. They did an on budget, on time, and very high quality job.
The owner Bryan was very friendly and very patient in answering any questions we had in the lead up to the job. Bryan & his team were excellent from the beginning to the end of our basement finishing project. Percy, in particular, was incredibly diligent, professional, thoughtful, & responsive. I need to take a moment to give Sebring Services some public recognition. I am the owner of a local service company and I'm extremely careful and picky about what contractors we refer to our customers. A few years ago I went to lunch with the owner of Sebring and he was able to convince me to put our faith in them and refer them.
