Vicki and her team were fantastic. they worked with me to help me get the stone I liked the best. the installers we polite they cleaned up and it looks fantastic. Every morning when i walk into the kitchen i look at the counter tops and think to my self wow that is a beautiful stone, shocking that its natural all the colors, gold and peal flakes. two years later i called Vicki and said i found a chip in it and asked how to get it fixed. she sent some guys out and they fixed it for free. with out a doubt one of the best changes to my house.

Great experience at Heartland! Was blown away with their showroom options and the organized / no pressure process they have to review options on their floor. Vicki S was fantastic to deal with and saved the day with a great granite suggestion after reviewing some sample stone pieces I had. Measuring was state of the art with CMM equipment taking guess work out of what my project required. Install was quick and professional. Will certainly be back for more projects! Thanks !!

I called for a price on two vanity tops, I knew the brand of quartz and the the color. A man answered the phone and took my information, the next thing he asked what my budget was, I said I want the tops out of this product,. He asked again what my budget was and he wasn’t sure that I was the type of customer they want. Needless to say I would not buy anything from them after this discussion. I am having the tops made in Addison. I guess my money was good somewhere!

They do not follow up and will not stand behind what they sell! We purchased new GRANITE kitchen countertops which immediately water stained. (These countertops were replacements for the original ones we bought from Heartland Granite that were incorrectly installed with a seam over the dishwasher that would continually separate.) It took MONTHS for Heartland Granite to come out and reseal the countertops. After the resealing, they stained again. I called another company to have them sealed, thinking I would just handle it. The other company refused to take our money because we don't have

So pleased with my granite choice! Product is all indoors and easy to view. Staff is so friendly and helpful, made the process much more pleasant!

The granite is in and looks amazing! My kitchen presented a few challenges, but the installers were very patient and took their time to make sure the fit was perfect. They were not in a rush to get on to the next job. My kitchen was their #1 priority and it shows. I am so happy with the granite. It was a big decision for me and I am stunned with the granite. I'm so glad that I went with my heart and chose the product that I loved the minute

From the minute you walk in the door, you know you are in the right place. Their showroom and warehouse is unbelievable. Organization and neatness is high on my list and Heartland is all about that. They are on point with details about your project from start to finish. The sales staff was always there for us to answer all of our questions throughout our entire project. Our install took two days and our installation team took great care of our home, floors, walls, etc. They were awesome. Heartland told us as soon as our floor was laid to call them and they would have a quick turnaround with

My granite counter tops were installed this afternoon!
My experience with Heartland Granite was seamless, pun intended, because I couldn't even tell there was a seam!
The overall process was smooth. It all started with a journey through the vast assortment of Natural Stone. I was able to walk up and down aisles and view full slabs.
Once I chose my material they scheduled an appointment for a measurer to come out to my home. He was very professional.
Next, I was asked to come in and actually hand place clear templates on the slabs I chose, so I could capture the exact part of the stone

Avoid the headache. Terrible customer service. Had a masterbath countertop installed. Not sealed correctly. Any water would darken granite as well as any glass,container...would leave dark ring. Backsplash also had very dark edge compared to the rest of the top. Finally after 2 weeks they sent someone out who put some paste on the edge, covered in wax paper and said that would take care of it. Also assured us the rings would go away. Put another coat of sealer on. Nothing has changed and I've left messages with no response. Wish I had read the reviews before we chose them.

I decided to use my contractor's granite people and wish I had gone back to Heartland. I used Heartland 9 years ago for my new kitchen renovation and they were excellent. No problems, they spoke English, which if you have shopped granite, you will find many people who don't speak English very well. My current job was done by Stanley's Marble & Granite, Bridgeview. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Thank God I am not living there or need to move in any time soon cause this job will go on to fix all the mistakes.
GO WITH HEARTLAND. It may cost you a tiny bit more than the places run poorly but you will have total

I must say ... I was probably a difficult customer for them because it took me 2.5 yrs to finally select my granite. I looked around their showroom and warehouse a number of times. The sales staff always treated me perfectly fine and was patient with my indecisiveness. They never pushed me to make a selection I would not be happy with.
When I finally found the slab I wanted, it was one of the more pricier ones but it was so completely unique that I had to purchase it. They worked with me to help align to my budget - e.g. kept my original sink which was actually perfectly fine. And although

I recently replaced my kitchen countertops with granite from Heartland Granite.
Overall, it was a very decent experience.
Their showroom/warehouse is great, and they make it easy to review and choose from the various varieties of stone they have in stock. If you're headed out there, here's a tip: the list of in-stock slabs they give you does not have prices listed. The slabs listed in color (generally pink or blue if I recall correctly) are the lower cost options. Ask about them. Also, ask about getting a sink thrown in with your counters.

When I remodeled my kitchen back in Jan. 2007, this is where I got my granite countertops. I was so happy with crazy size of the granite selection in their warehouse - I looked at literally hundreds of different types. And, after the saleswoman faxed me some estimates and I nearly cried about how expensive they were (I have a knack for being instinctively drawn to the priciest everything), she gave me a personal tour of the few dozen discounted colors. From those, I picked between two beautiful colors that were unlike anything I'd seen elsewhere, and WAY cheaper that the boring entry-level
