Services
No. Any in-person hours you are unable to attend will be made up with online content. If you are unable to attend any weekends in-person then you may take the training 100% online. There is still a designated amount of hours devoted to online content that will need to be completed. Some of the content is through Zoom but we do not feel that doing a whole training through Zoom is a beneficial learning experience.
This card may be used for all of the weekly in person and online classes offered at the studio. This card does not cover workshops. This class expires 6 months from the purchase date. This class expires 3 months from the purchase date. This card offers an unlimited amount of classes per month and free access to our online on-demand library of classes and workshops.
To book a class you will need to sign up, or if you already have a class card, you can just activate your account. After your account is activated you can return to our home page and press "book" under the class you wish to take. Sign up here If you are already a student and your email address in our system then you only need to activate your account.

As a yoga teacher, I love to go to local studio when I travel. So this local gem was right up my alley. Easy to find, open light and airy. I was able to sign up for the class on line and pay for it. Jessica lead us in a weather appropriate class (it has been over 100 for days). Great practice, followed by a meditation practice with Simon (donation only). A overall wonderful experience in a little town in the Mother Lode. Will return.

The YL was founded on a vision to provide a safe and inspiring place for self transformation through the practice of yoga. As the former owner I am proud that the YL has stayed true to that original intention. As an instructor at the Loft, I feel honored to be part of a team of senior teachers that live, eat and breathe yoga. As a student I continue to admire and learn from my colleagues. Something I cherish about the YL is that class participants are not used for YL promotions. My practice is mine, it's personal and it's never exploited on instagram!
