Catherine Wortmann, founder of CW Healing, is a self-proclaimed "student of life". Upon completing her business degree in finance, she delved into the depths of natural healing. Catherine is an ordained minister in the Universal Life Church, a certified instructor in both Yoga and Meditation, as well as a Reiki Master candidate in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho method of healing.

Groveland, California residents and visitors can enjoy Mindfulness Yoga every Sunday (Memorial Day through Labor Day) at Mary Laveroni Park. Yosemite National Park Visitors can book a private custom Yoga Hike or a Yosemite Yoga class at the location of your choice. Individual & Group Private sessions are available in-home (Groveland/Sonora/Yosemite area) or on Zoom (world wide).
Mindfulness Yoga combines traditional postures, dynamic flow sequencing, mantra and breath-based meditation, and fun movement.
