Dr. Adrienne P. Williams is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and Pediatric Anesthesiologist. She is the founder of Anesthesia Consultants of the Upper Valley, PLLC, an anesthesia provider created to bring professional anesthesiology services to the offices of local healthcare practitioners.
Following the completion of her medical training at Dartmouth, Dr. Williams was an attending physician for ten years in the Department of Anesthesiology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.Dr. Williams' goal as an anesthesiologist is to provide personalized, patient-centered care while offering support and education to each of her clients.

After many phone calls to other offices while dealing with some pretty severe pain, this was the one place that picked up immediately with a real person on the other end. They were able to swiftly get me in to be seen. Incredibly professional and open about pricing from the very beginning. I can certainly say that I have made the switch, and they are now my dental provider. So happy to be feeling much better, and have a plan in place for what I need in the future.

I'll be frank: Thanks to a recent double root canal saga and prior dental avoidance on my part, I've been to the dentist more times over the past few months than I had over the previous 5 years. Despite the fact that the experience could've easily been lousy—especially since I'm very much afraid of the dentist!—I've always felt well taken care of at Santavicca Dental Professionals. I had a really good time at Santavicca Dental today! This was my first visit. The staff had finished my paperwork over the phone, so I was in the exam room with the X-ray technician in minutes. Once the X-rays were complete, my new dentist Vikram Shad, very gently examined my teeth and gums.
I received a treatment plan from the dentist and (from the office staff) an itemized printout of potential out-of-pocket costs for that proposed treatment.
I experienced great service, but much more importantly, the care was outstanding!

Had a broken tooth, they got me right in even though I wasn't an established patient. Did a temporary crown for a couple of weeks, while permanent one is being made. This was the most comfortable I've felt being in a dentist chair. Extremely patient, quick but thorough, super nice staff! Needless to say I'm becoming a patient! Highly recommend!!

My first visit here was absolutely fantastic. From the office manager to the dental assistant to the dentist. Everyone was warm, professional and kind.
I was told what was happening every step of the way and made comfortable with my treatment plan. Very very pleased with the service and I highly recommend. The most comprehensive first visit I’ve ever had! Thank you Jessica, Dorothy and Dr Shad!
