Inez is extremely unprofessional. The cleaning people were leaving and there was plenty of missed cleaning. I explained this to her the people recleaned a section. They began arguing and things were falling all over the place. I called Inez and about my concern with their fighting. Her response was "well that's what you get when it comes to a family" really? Because my very young children were home I was very concerned and said to Inez they can leave because they are really arguing and Inez was not pleased about it. The next day she charged me for more time without speaking to me

100% TERRIBLE COMPANY
Cleaner never came to my home on the set time and I was never informed that this would occur. Company never responded to my emails about the issue. Then I called the customer service number and spoke with the operator about having someone speak to me about this issue. Apparently only one person at the company can handle customer service and this individual, Domi, is only available to speak during the afternoon. Domi never called me or picked up any of the 14 phone calls I made to her. Operator said that she "hoped Domi would call me soon", but she couldn't
