We engaged A. L Farris to clean the common hallway carpeting on our floor in the co-op building where we live in Manhattan (UES) as well as the carpeting in our apartment. The entire process was excellent, from the initial onsite estimate all the way to completion. The estimator (Brian) arrived right on time and answered all of our questions. On the day of the job, the crew was running late because of traffic and they called me to let me know when they would be here. They were very professional and efficient, and the result of the cleaning in both the hallway and our apartment was great. We
