Just stopped in tonight with my daughter's. First time ever here. They were great I love my nails I got a dip for the first time. They are natural looking and great. The lady that did my nails was amazing. My daughters nails were a little expensive for what she got. In my opinion. But the lady did take her time and my daughter loves them. If you have never tried this place give them a try. We will be back for sure

I absolutely adore this nail salon! The staff is so welcoming, helpful and caring. I originally came here on a whim and have sense become a regular. They know me on a first name basis and exactly how I like my nails. I continuously change what I want: from French tip to fun and detailed designs they never fail to exceed my expectations. By far my absolute favorite place and favorite people ❤️

I have been going here for almost 4 years. Every set of nails is better then the last. They amaze me over & over again! Only nail salon I go to. Every single employee is so nice & the environment is just lovely. & I have to mention their playlist, they always have on such good 2000's music I'm trying not to move to lol. The wonderful lady who did my nails today put such time & detail into it & oh my it shows I mean just look at these beauties. Anyways, I would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone who loves gorgeous nails & a friendly environment.

I waited almost 2 hours just to get seated down and then I waited more time just so I can have someone to work on me. I paid in total of 148 for my toes and full set. Poor designs and smudges all over. Not cleaned up nicely I paid 80 bucks for this ugly set that was supposed to be for my birthday. Last time I’ll go to this place.

I've been going here for a few months now and Vince always does my nails and he does a fantastic job he goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look awesome! I only go to him... He takes his time to make sure that the nails are done right! I definitely think I have finally found a great nail salon that I will be going to for a long time! Customer service is great and the staff is very friendly!

Returned to the salon because they were very kind to reach out to me after my last visit. They were amazing today! I got an acrylic fill and gel pedicure which both look beautiful. No issues this time around so they definitely are up for last time:) took about 2 hours for both, which is pretty quick!

Been a week with my nails and they already have fallen off and the polish startes to chip the very next day. If you need a last minute appointment come here but I don't recommend the quality. They also charges my friend $120 for a fill and design. I have been to expensive local nail salons and I have never paid over $100 even with tip.

Well I hate to say this but I wasn't satisfied with my visit. 1. I made an appointment and still has to wait 45 mins 2. I made it clear to the nail tech exactly what I wanted and she still did something else. I had to get Vanh to translate for me because of a language barrier I suppoThe lady nail the with the brown hair with bangs did my pedicure and seemed very upset with me for correcting the other nail tech. 3. When I went home, I took a good look at my toes and it's obvious she didn't even bother shaping them, I just looks like she painted over the acrylic overlay. 4. Lastly

I came into Spa-Tastic yesterday to get my nails done. The gentleman that did my nails was very respectful and took his time with me. This was the first time getting my nails done here and I have no cuts and my nails do not hurt, which is a first! I don't typically get my nails done because I'm very picky and I prefer to do them myself. As far as how my service goes It was okay. I give this place a 3 star because they give great pedicures and the gentleman who did my nails was somewhat decent. I know how important Reviews are and maybe I just got someone who wasn't as comfortable

I took my sons Fiancé here for her birthday. They did a pedicure for the both of us I paid for. The pedicure was okay, normal price. She decided to get her nails done. Big mistake! They cut her multiple times on her fingers. One of her nails is basically pointing straight up. We will be calling again today (we called yesterday no answer) to see if they will correct it. They charged her $75 for the full set and this is what it looks like. Want a pedicure sure go here, want your nails done I suggest skipping it.

This is a nail salon first. Hair salon falls way below good. Shampoo left my shirt and back totally wet, and she hurts your head when she scrubs. Hair cut was choppy and I am not happy today. This stylist does only straight styles I think, but it showed how chopped my hair was. Cost was $30 and left $10 tip. Major buyers remorse. But I guess you get what you pay for. I should have gone with my gut and ran out of there when I walked in.

The work is decent but the constant up selling is rude. No matter how many services you get they ask you if you want more. They also are very rude about people doing regular polish instead of gel because it's an inconvenience for them for you to sit there while it dries even if there are no other customers and you have your mask on. They also change the price on you whenever they feel like it. Fill $22 today $27 tomorrow because you got your nails cut down, that's part of a fill.

I went in with 2 requests upon arriving at Spatastic, bleach my regrowth (about 5 inches) and blend it with my existing blonde. I ended up leaving with completely uneven, multicolored hair and scalp burns. She took a before picture but didn't take an after picture, probably because she knew the quality of work she had done was poor. She told me it would improve with washing but its still horrible. First time coming here July 23rd 2019 because my friend wanted to try out this nail salon and get pedis! I live on the east side and my friend lives on the west side. I just so happened to be on her side of town and we decided to check it out.
