Spa Valencia is a locally owned and operated organic day spa located in the wonderful city of Colorado Springs featuring skilled and licensed Esthetician, Christine Foster. The inspiration for the spa comes from the owner's beautiful daughter, Valencia. It wasn't until she was born that Christine decided to follow her dreams of helping this city with their skin care needs.

Spa Valencia is located on the corner of Lake Plaza Drive and Venetucci Boulevard in the Broadmoor area. We strive to give our clients their most relaxing moments. Our diverse menu includes amazing treatments from revitalizing facials, body wraps and skin brightening chemical peels to relatively painless waxing, artistic brow shaping and much more!

Spa Etiquette Report

We ask that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes or later will cause your appointment to be either shortened or canceled. All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so the next guest will not be delayed. To get the full benefits of a body treatment or massage, it is recommended to enjoy them without clothing.

I liked my eyebrows so much the 1st time that I paid in advance for Kristine's 10 package. Big mistake. By my 3rd appointment she canceled via text. When I tried to reschedule via text I was ghosted. Not professional! Still waiting on my reimbursement. So much potential, sad. I was conned. Now I have to report due to not being refunded. Lesson learned, pay as you go.

I booked an appointment online to get an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. Appointment was confirmed and everything. I planned my whole day around this. Getting my hair done and leaving work early. I get to my appointment early and the door is locked. I wait around until my appointment and no answer when I knocked on the door. 5 more minutes go by and still nothing. I'm starting to panic because my husbands ball is tonight and I desperately need my nails done but I'm running out of time. So I had to go find somewhere else to go. Very disappointed. Added a lot of stress to my day

I absolutely love Spa Valencia and will always be a loyal client!! It is super clean, always smells great and the overall vibe is very zen.I've been getting my eyebrows waxed here for about a year now and absolutely LOVE it. Not only does she do an amazing, painless job with the eyebrows, but she is super sweet and remembers everything about you!! It's incredibly easy to make an appointment and she always tries to work with your schedule and squeeze you in whenever you'd like. I'd recommended anyone who hasn't been here yet to try it out!

NOT WORTH THE GROUPON!! I purchased the Groupon for the 6 eyebrow waxes and I am beyond disappointed. First visit in and the lady messed up my eyebrows, making them uneven. The lady said that I should wait a bit for part to grow back and she would fix them up the next time, but I have been calling and leaving messages for a week and a half and no one will return my calls or answer the phone for a follow-up appointment. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the Groupon.

I bought a groupon recently for eyebrow waxes and went for the first time last week. Sadly, I have to say this is the worst waxing experience I have had in 14 years. They weren't able to break a $20 bill and required that I pay for my services prior to me even having them completed, including the tip which they then charged me tax on! I can't tell you who the woman was that performed the services because she never introduced herself and was extremely rude. From the time I walked into the room until I was brought back she was on the phone having a heated discussion about her building rent

I bought a groupon for six eyebrow waxings for $20! Can't beat that! It's very quick and painless. It only takes about five minutes. Very satisfied for sure. There is also a massage therapist but I haven't gotten a massage yet. Check it out for sure!

My experience at Spa Valencia was amazing! Christine is very kind and gentle. She is truly has a gift of making you feel relaxed and pampered. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for more services!
