Ayre/Rhinehart REALTORS began in 1974 with one dream, two phones and working out of co-founder Jim Ayre's basement while an office was being built. Ayre and Dick Rhinehart shared a passion for their careers, which led them to form their own independent real estate brokerage. They realized that together they could offer a higher level of personalized service and attention than the larger franchises.
We know this area. We love this area. And, we have been buying and selling homes and other property in this area since the early 1970s. As a part of the Great Lakes Bay Region-consisting of Bay, Midland, Saginaw and Isabella Counties-we love to call the Midland area home! Fiona was a wonderful sales associate. We coordinated much of the sales process with me in absentia on the west coast. Short story: they scammed me.
Long story: signed a contract with them to manage my properties in Midland. They billed as much as they could for everything (like a $1000 fridge that you could buy for $500 all day long) and then told me they didnt want to manage them anymore. They waited to tell me that though until they had rented out one of the houses to an absolute deadbeat and collected the first months rent so that they could get paid the 1st months rental fee. The renter only made me one month after that and then I had to evict. All around seemed like a bad deal.
