I called the other day, missing the same day delivery time by 15 minutes. I think the sweet lady heard the disappointment in my voice. She called me back that afternoon saying she was going to deliver it for me. Thank you so much for you great customer service and going above and beyond for me. She loved the orchid!

Nadia and Isis are amazing!!! And their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I work as an Executive Assistant for a generous and spontaneous VP of a large company and I found out a day late and mid-afternoon one day last week that I had missed her birthday. After frantically calling around to several florists, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon "Novelties by Nadia and More." I reached Nadia's assistant Isis and even though it was after hours, she graciously and cheerfully arranged the flowers and expedited the delivery to my boss that afternoon; and my boss LOVED THEM!!! Fast forward to yesterday

I couldn’t be more pleased with the flower arrangements that were made for me very last minute. My daughter got married last weekend it was planned in two days because her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer And she wanted her father to walk her down the aisle. I’ve called several different florist in the area and couldn’t get anybody to help me last minute Obviously it was very emotional time .. The bouquet for my civil ceremony was a last minute decision and Nadia pulled through effortlessly. Not long after our phone conversation Nadia jumped right in and put together a PDF with images of ideas from our conversation that she may as well pulled directly from my head! Nadia was communicative, fast, fair, and a visionary. I was speechless when I picked up my bouquet the next day. Thank you SO much for making the day even more beautiful with your creation. Novelties by Nadia is exactly what Downtown Longwood needs! They have the best customer service! They even text me a picture of the flower arrangement I sent my sister! The flowers were beautiful! They also created a pinata flower center piece for my "Mexican" theme party and a precious baby basket! I am a very happy customer! :)
