What a wonderful experience dealing with Bellisima Flor and Aida! I had a last minute need to send flowers on a Sunday to my mother in law for her birthday. I was able to order a very beautiful arrangement and have it delivered that afternoon. The flowers were spectacular and the customer service so good and kind. I live out of state and I waited too long to send my sister birthday flowers. I went to this website and it said closed Saturdays. I decided to call anyway and left a voice mail that I needed flowers delivered asap. Within minutes Aida texted me, no problem she told me to place the order on the website and she would confirm it and have the flowers delivered mid morning on Sunday which was perfect because that was my sister's birthday. Sunday Aida texted me that they had been delivered and even sent a picture of the arrangement to me. My sister was surprised and thrilled with flowers. I highly recommend

Customer service was incredible. I had an emergency order and they helped me and had the order delivered on time with a serious time crunch. Today I was in need of a local florist in the Longwood/Orlando area for a special occasion. I am not from the area. I found Bellisima Flor Florist on a Goggle search and went to their web site and decided to call them for a special design request.
