After getting sub-service from two other companies, I called Mitsubishi and they recomended Ken's. I called and they were very courteous, and made an appointment with me. I received a phone call the morning of my appointment to confirm the tech would be here. Ivan arrived on time and took a look at the unit, within minutes he had a good idea of what was wrong. I took him about an hour and a half to have my unit working correctly again. I was impressed because two other companies came and looked at it and could not figure out what was wrong, neither returned to complete the repair, or even

Ken's did a complete AC install, inside and out. The technicians were highly professional, courteous, well trained and they left NO mess! I would highly recommend (TWO THUMBS WAY UP) Ken's for HVAC work in the Burnet, Marble Falls and surrounding areas! I will definitely first evry time!
