I first reached out to Media1WrapThis to inquire about getting our 25 year old golf cart wrapped for my partners birthday. Dale, owner wrote me back and I decided to stop in to see what could be done. Long story short Dale was so excited about this little cart becoming a grand birthday surprise. The wrap idea evolved into custom paint when I sent a pic over later of a 1930’s hot rod with flames, and guess what, my dream became a reality! I have used the guys at Media1 / Wrap this for signs for my business and car wraps for 6+ years. The work they offer is ALWAYS top notch. This time they outdid themselves. Whomever negotiated this contract from Mediia1 must have skipped Business 101 class. When the almighty $$ is more important than Integrity and proper advisement to clients, Poor Customer Satisfaction ratings will soar. The number one downfall for a company is Poor Customer Satisfaction. The cost of that- Media 1 will be more than the cost of these hideous poorly made signs.

This company worked a $130,00 deal with our HOA Board to re-sign an entire neighborhood without the consent or approval of the residents or the architectural committee. This entire deal was fast tracked despite the tremendous protests of the majority of our residents. The design of these signs by Jeff Dix and Media1 done in cheap aluminum looks like kindergarten Crayola time. The installation needs to be halted, the order needs to be rescinded, and Media1 needs to take their crap design out of our neighborhood! Completely unwanted and unneeded! Get out of our community!
