My goal is to help you achieve optimum health and wellness. Acupuncture is one of the oldest continually practiced medical modalities in the world. Acupuncture is used to prevent and treat disease, relieve pain, balance mood, enhance athletic performance, increase fertility, and improve overall health and wellness.
Modern research has shown that acupuncture is a safe, effective, chemical-free way to promote the body's remarkable self-healing abilities. An acupuncture treatment involves the insertion and manipulation of flexible, hair-thin needles at specific points on the body. Most patients find the sensations produced by acupuncture treatment to be deeply relaxing both mentally and physically.

Ginnette Diaz is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York. She has been in practice for 10 years and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She received her master's degree from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences.
Acupuncture is the insertion of hair-thin, sterile needles, single-use needles into specific points on the body to activate special receptors which communicate with the central nervous, endocrine and cardiovascular systems resulting in the release of natural pain-killing substances and dilation of blood vessels delivering oxygen and nutrient-rich blood, hormones and immune factors to sick areas of the body.

Acupuncture works by activating the body's own healing powers, so it can be beneficial for many health conditions. The World Health Organization (WHO) has documented many symptoms, diseases, and conditions that have been shown in controlled clinical trials to be effectively treated with acupuncture.

Have been visiting on and off for the past 2 years primarily for shoulder joint pain.
Ginette is very thorough and uses a variety of treatments including Accupuncture, gua sha, cupping and electric stimulation as needed
Also notable is that she uses the most comprehensive COVID precautions of any doc office.

I started seeing Ginnette as a last resort for shoulder and neck pain after 6 years of physical therapy following a fall. After a few weeks I started feeling better, my sleep improved and my pain decreased. Ginnette is such a caring, thoughtful practitioner who is incredibly smart when it comes to managing pain.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ginnette. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure I am as healthy and balanced as can be. She has helped me more than any other doctor. I was struggling with debilitating anxiety and depression and Ginnette helped pull me out of it. I do not know how I would have survived the past few months without her. This is the best I have felt in a very long time. I am so grateful for Ginnette and her practice.

Amazing. I was not a believer in Acupuncture at all. Since my lower back disc herniation I didn't know what to do. After meeting Ginnette and a few treatments my pain dissipated! She is very accommodating for appointment scheduling which is big for me since I'm so busy with work.
Thank you so much, Ginnette.

I had a neck injury last Sept. that was not fully healing even with Physical therapy. My Chiropractor suggested I see Ms. Diaz for the pain and anxiety the pain caused. After about 4 sessions I felt extremely better but not just externally but internally. Since I felt so good internally from the acupuncture I continued to see her for other issues I had such a anxiety and detoxing my body. It's been a year and I still see Ms. Diaz for internal healing. My anxiety is much more under control and I have an overall feeling of well being. I recommend Ms. Diaz to anyone. The progress I have made has been
