I’ve been seeing Aaron for just over 2 months now, and he has been absolutely instrumental in helping to get me feeling better after seeing little improvement after seeing 12 doctors ranging from neuro-endocrinology, ENT, cardiology, to gastroenterology. While all meant well, and I was eventually diagnosed with post-COVID syndrome either induced by asymptomatic COVID-19 or the first dose of the vaccine. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Kwan’s office. I’ve been suffering from sciatica and weak hip flexors on my left leg for several months, having difficulty walking. After one session there was noticeable improvement and after a couple of more sessions, my pain has eased incredibly.
I highly recommend Dr. Kwan’s office for the breadth of knowledge and information he shares during each appointment and also for the kind and friendly welcome from Carolyn, every time you step through the door.

I can only say wonderful things about Aaron! I went to see him as I was suffering from neuralgia and neuropathy following my receiving the first of the two Covid vaccines. Before starting acupuncture, I had seen a neurologist and ENT doctor, but there was little they could do with my symptoms. I started going for treatments with Aaron twice/week, and after several months, my symptoms lessened and then dissipated. Aaron was patient, flexible with his approach and optimistic. His assistant, Caroline, was also very helpful in arranging appointments for me given my work schedule. I recommend Kwan Acupuncture

At Kwan acupuncture Aaron always goes the extra mile to deliver thoughtfully designed treatments for each of his patients. There’s is always little to no wait time as Aaron exceeds at seeing his patients at the time of their appointment. I have been seeing Aaron for several weeks now during which he has been helping me with my peripheral neuropathy that I had acutely succumb to. I’ve had such a great healing experience at Kwan Acupuncture. I started my treatment in March and it’s been less than 2 months and I feel such a significant difference. I was having very bad eczema outbreaks that developed during the quarantine. Dr. Kwan has been a hero. I’m no longer itching and scratching all the time. My skin is healing I feel amazing, I’m so thankful for finding Dr. Kwan.

I had experienced pain in my left arm for almost ten years. During this time I saw Orthopedic Specialists and Physical Therapists. I was diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis commonly known as tennis elbow. I was prescribed medication, given cortisone shots, and physical therapy, but none of that helped. Desperate to end the pain, I had surgery. I was dismayed when the pain returned after the surgery, and post-surgery physical therapy only exacerbated the problem. That's when I saw Kwan for acupuncture. On my 2nd visit, he applied an Acu-Magnet to my arm. The Acu-Magnet seemed to break the pattern

I became very ill at the beginning of the pandemic. I went to three emergency rooms, and had numerous chest x-rays and blood work. I made the appointment with Dr. Aaron Hwang as a last resort, and thank goodness I did! Prior to seeing Dr. Hwang, I was not a believer in acupuncture, but after a few months with Dr. Hwang, I am convinced this was the right move for me! I am breathing better than I was from March-August, and my angst has diminished greatly. Aaron is kind, gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and eager to help his patients. My previous review stated that he did not accept insurance, but this was incorrect. Medicare does not cover acupuncture. They pay only for treatment of symptoms, not causes of problems. I have seen half a dozen doctors and physical therapists for more than a year before finally coming to Aaron Hwang. I am greatly encouraged by his work with me in only two sessions where I have already seen a marked improvement.

I saw Dr. Hwang today for the first time and will confirm now that I will be returning. He had an un-rushed discussion with me about my medical condition and history. He showed compassion and let me know that he would be available to answer any questions I may have.
The acupuncture needles were pain free and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. Upon completion I felt a difference!
He gave me "homework" and advised how the colder temps can affect my post surgical wounds. I have high hopes that the pain I've been suffering from will one day be apart of my past.

I. have been struggling with sinus pain and pressure, on and off, for the past five years. After a couple of months of regular treatments with Aaron, I must say I feel about 80% better. Aaron is as caring and knowledgeable as you can possibly hope. He has treated my 100-year-old mother for sciatica by using a variety of techniques including acupressure and a home heat lamp, and she is on the mend! If I lived nearby, I definitely would be going to him myself for acupuncture treatments.

I've had a back issue for over 20 years now. My go-to, when it acts up, has always been the chiropractor. Well this time when I called to make an appointment, he was away on vacation. This happened to be a godsend because that's when I decided to try acupuncture after years of others recommending it to me. I'm pretty sure that it's not just the acupuncture that got me moving again in just 2 days, but more so Aaron's attention and obvious care for everyone who steps into his office. Aaron is amazing. I have never had any medical professional spend so much time listening to me, hearing my concerns, and putting so much thought into my care. I went to Aaron to help with some weight gain and bloating that I could not find the cause for, and he has helped with that, as well as totally unrelated back pains I was having. I look forward to my sessions because I feel totally relaxed, unrushed, and refreshed when I leave.
