Great experience. Great Sales rep. Great communication updates in the last few weeks leading up to cars arrival at the dealer.
Only complaint is the dealer required to use dealer financing, however I was told there is no issue to refinance to my own bank after 1 payment or pay off early without penalty. However considering $300 under msrp when some dealerships want $5-10k above msrp due to demand/very limited availability….were not complaining at all! Wife loves her new car!

We are so pleased with our experiences with the sales and service departments. We worked with Nick in the sales department last December to purchase a new Kia. Nick is so pleasant to work with - he's well trained, personable, and a good listener. He's also very responsive with following up post-purchase. On multiple occasions, he's reached out to ask how our car is doing to see if there is anything he can do.

I purchased a Kia Sorrento in the beginning of October and I drove two hours to this dealership and it was well worth the trip! Peter the salesman was awesome! He wasn’t pushy at all, such a pleasure to deal with! I did have an issue at the end that was quickly resolved. Julie was equally wonderful! She was on the financial end of the business. After forgetting to get a copy of a chart I wanted, she texted me a screenshot immediately! Thank you Abeloff Kia for a wonderful experience!
