Wonderful, small family-owned dealership. I found myself a high-mileage, but solid and well-maintained Subaru Outback there and am happy with my purchase. Dean was kind enough to flush the transmission (as it had a bit of a rough shift) and fixed the A/C for me before picking it up so I appreciate that. They also handled the out-of-state title transfer as I'm in NY and the car was coming in from Jersey but passing through their dealership in PA...I got the title in the mail a few weeks later with no problems whatsoever.

Great people, laid back, no sales pressure (I know I'm echoing other reviews). Found some minor issues after buying a car and they resolved them no problem! Prices are decent (all car prices everywhere are out of control in this current climate, theirs not so bad). They seem to be the only dealer getting any kind of stock regularly in the area. Will buy from them again.

Very minimalistic type of dealer, pretty much slaps an inspection sticker and overcharge you on a used vehicle with over 100,000 miles aside from that they throw you a warranty worth $600 for 6 months on vehicles that should be in good enough condition. I used that $600 towards a set of tires for the winter instead. I made a purchase almost a year ago now on a 2007 Honda since I have had it I have had coolant leaks a fuel gauge that does not read correctly and a rear crash beam with a hole that rotted out. Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this business to ANYONE seeking a used car. These gentleman are VERY dishonest in how they service cars, refuse to provide proper paperwork for any repairs the vehicle has had in the past when you ask for it, and there are issues with the vehicles on the lot that they don't tell you about. They SAY everything was checked by a mechanic, which it most likely wasn't. There is no communication between any of the mechanics and sales people. Don't expect to receive a courtesy call letting you know your vehicle is repaired and then when you decide to call and

Would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone seeking a used car. Very dishonest in how they service cars & lied about work that was supposed to have been done on a car purchased 6 months ago. The dealer refused to provide us with paperwork for their "alleged" repairs.
Bought 2 vehicles for our daughters & East Penn Auto did not care about safety issues. Hope this review changes consumers thoughts before making a decision to buy any car from this horrible dealership.

Of course for a car shop customer service is EVERYTHING!
My best friend is in the army and he had been shopping around for a Mitsubishi Evo for a while. Previous to this encounter we had a horrible experience at another dealer where we were trying to close the deal on a weekend where he came to visit just for the car purchase and it just all went haywire.
So this place was definitely a breath of fresh air. It is a family owned shop. I am pretty sure we dealt with the father and son in regards to the purchase. The son made everythign as simple as possible for us and he was very understanding
