Terry Franks has been in and around the building business and Real Estate business since 1985. He was a certified master builder for about 15 years building over 200 homes in the Middle Ga area. Terry is also a past president of the Middle Ga Home Builders Association and was named "Builder of The Year" by his peers during his building career and also won best of show during the Parade of Homes.

Terry was very easy going and professional. He provided us with excellent customer service and availability with how crazy the housing market is. Our new home was being constructed and the construction company told us it would be ready for inspection on a specific date and Terry notified us immediately that it was not ready when he visited the site. He reached out to reschedule for the following day or so. He was very understanding and helped us in any way he could.

Terry did my Home Inspection and when I say I was blown away with his customer service, I was BLOWN AWAY!!! The report was ready sooner than expected and he checked every inch of the home. When I had questions about any issues that were found, Terry explained the report so I could clearly understand. I highly recommend Terry for any home inspections.

The inspection was done professionally, and thoroughly. Issues which needed to be addressed were explained with great tact and knowledge. The inspection report was prepared the same day. Document contained Pictures, explanations, descriptions and well detailed summary. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed and highly recommend this company. Mark was the Specialist who performed the inspection. He was personal, profesional and highly qualified. Very pleased.

I acquired the service of Terry Franks,LLC Home inspection on 25 August 2021 for a home inspection in middle Georgia's Warner robins . mind you am not in the state of Georgia .I reside in New York . I didn't have the luxury to be there for this inspection.I was a bit apprehensive of course.but after reading up on Mr franks and testimonials from other customers my mind was at ease and rightfully so.once I received notice from Mr Franks that my inspection report was uploaded to a secured dedicated site ,same day after the performed

His detailed photos & inspection findings revealed so many more flaws in the property than were revealed, sellers were forced to drop their asking price by $32,000.
