Tousled Hair Salon

Had an appointment there today with Mary Parker, Massage Therapist. She offers a variety of massage types. I highly recommend her Exfoliating Massage and her Swedish Massage. Mary is a true professional in her field and an absolute delight to be around. At the end of the appointment it is so hard to leave, not just because Mary is so kind and good at what she does, but I am so relaxed at that point I could easily just curl up and sleep on the couch in the waiting area. I highly recommend Mary Parker.

I called on Tuesday and was able to schedule a haircut with Haley for Wednesday. She was very nice and easy to talk to. She shampooed, cut and styled my difficult hair. It looks great, I love the it! Would definitely recommend.

Walk-ins are NOT WELCOME! Take your business elsewhere. I walked in at 1pm in a Saturday and there was one person sitting under a dryer and at least 6 employees in the back, but no one was available to cut my hair. The most ridiculous and un-professional treatment I have ever had at a salon. Take your “walk-ins welcome” sign down.

Melissa Baldwin is amazing! I would highly recommend her to any one . She gives you exactly what you want every time . She takes her time to make sure it's perfect for you. Plus she's very sweet easy to talk too. You never leave unhappy . She also does eyebrow tinting and eyebrow waxing ! Overall a very talented hair stylist! Prices are fair . :)

I love the new location. Everyone is very friendly. Heather has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and I always leave happy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my thick, curly hair. She knows her stuff!

Caitlyn is amazing at color and cuts. Went to see her for just that and she color matched my original and mixed the perfect natural color I wanted. Cut was great as I just needed a trim afterwards. I’ll def be back to see her. My hair is back to being shiny and full of life! Thanks girl!

I rated it 4 stars because the first time I went I ended up leaving with something I wasnt really happy with and paid $150. (In the end we think it was all mostly just from the lack of communication) I called and talked with the manager (Heather) and she was so understanding and nice about everything and was willing to take a look at it and fix it. She did her best to fix it and I left alot happier than the first time. I liked Heather so much that I took my daughter to get her hair cut her today. Its was a hard cut but my daughter and I really loved it! I would def recommend Heather to do your

Melissa was great when I went in to get my hair done. I went in for a cut and came out with highlights. She was so knowledgeable about color and highlights. She made feel at ease about trying something diffrent. She only cut exactly what I requested. Will definitely go back.✂😄

I took in a picture of what I wanted and even discussed it on the phone before making the appointment. I was VERY clear about what I wanted and got disastrous results.
I realize black hair is not always the easiest to color, but giving your word that you can do something and then promptly destroying someone's hair is unacceptable.
I was in the salon from 1pm to almost 7:30 and they still couldn't get it right. After being over charged for redying my hair multiple times (even though it wasn't my fault) and then having to pay for a horrible job since, I think it's safe to say DO NOT GO HERE if

Cheyenne is always amazing and always gets my color perfect-despite my super clear description of what I want... "you know, caramel but not caramel. Sorta gold but not gold. Kinda light brown...ish". ;) Thanks for always making me look good!
And the salon is super cute!
