I'm a husband and dad of 2 beautiful girls. I owned Christopher Ashley Salon in downtown Greenville for 12 years and had the privilege of being voted as one of the TOP 100 Salons in the U.S. for 3 consecutive years by ELLE Magazine. Chris was able to give me the hair color I’ve always dreamed of but haven’t been able to achieve with other stylists. His balayage technique gave me the most beautiful multidimensional blonde. The layers he cut allowed me to keep my length while giving me a lot of volume. Chris really listens to what you hope to achieve with your hair and provides the best option to help you reach your hair goals. I couldn’t be happier with the way my hair turned out!

Just moved to Greenville and met Chris for my first haircut here. Wow! Choosing a new stylist can be stressful, but Chris was amazing. He was a keen listener and clearly a master of his craft. Attention to detail was top-notch. Super friendly and warm. And the wash was heavenly! I left feeling fabulous. Terrific cut and perfect color. I'm so relieved that I don't have to bounce around searching for a stylist I can trust!

My wife has been to several stylists since I've known her and she's never been completely happy. So I went googling one night and found Chris. We went in not knowing what to expect and walked out loyal customers. Chris took the time to understand what my wife wanted and what could be done with her hair type. Chris was very thorough and informative during the initial consultation. He allowed me to show pics of the cut I desired but also gave me his professional opinion and advice with the style and cut that would suit me the best and he did not disappoint! I freaking love my hair! He obviously read my mind lol. I would highly recommend Chris if you have literally tired everyone and especially if you have course , thick hair as I do. I watched Chris cut my sister's hair before mine, and knew he was special. We'll be going to Chris for as long as he's working.
My sister has very difficult, thick, long hair. I have normal, short hair. He did a phenomenal job on us both. We are new to Greenville and feel so lucky that we found him!

Chris is a true artist and a master of his craft. I went to him with a thick, unruly mane and left with soft, beautiful natural curves and a great cut. Before he ever got started, he spent a considerable amount of time asking questions so he could understand my lifestyle and how much time I was realistically willing to spend styling my hair each day.
