Henderson completely saved me last year after a different “plumber” working on my house fell off the face of the earth after demoing a lot... It was a house I had just bought and was trying to move into, but couldn’t because of the other plumber disappearing with the house in disarray. The Henderson team quickly diagnosed all of the issues and repaired everything in a timely manner so that my family could move in. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We used Wm. Henderson for a leak from our second floor bathroom to living room ceiling. It was a Tuesday night at 7pm. After calling seven other companies and leaving messages with answering services, Wm. Henderson not only answered right away, they sent out a tech within 20 minutes. Dan was excellent. He quickly found the source of the leak and answered all questions. He helped me find a restoration company to clear the water damaged ceiling. Wm. The service and quick response I received from Wm. Henderson, Inc. exceeded every possible expectation. I called late Friday afternoon (5 PM), the day after Thanksgiving, with no hot water. I received a quick call back, and a technician was dispatched and arrived within about 40 minutes. The technician, Steven Blaskovich, was really wonderful. He quickly identified the problem, had a new water heater delivered while he drained the old one, he removed my old water heater and installed a new one which was up and running by 8 PM. Absolutely outstanding service in every way! I will highly recommend

Our furnace was working fine and then after these guys serviced it Thursday night. Unfortunately, Friday morning it stopped working. I called and was given appt for Saturday night at 6pm the next day!!! They made an appointment for 24 hours later!!! Then they came and took about five minutes to look at it and said it's because our furnace was too old they might not be able to get the part- not taking any responsibility for the "furnace not working?" A pipe in our shower broke on a Monday morning and it was the only shower in our house. It turned out all of the pipes were bad. I called for estimates and no one could start for at least a month or two. Wm Henderson went above and beyond. They fit us into their already filled schedule. They gutted the bathroom and had a shower installed within two weeks. The whole bathroom was completed in a month. I am so grateful to them!! Dave, Nick, and Paul were wonderful to work with!

We were so very happy that Henderson could help us with a leaky pipe whose damage was not discovered right away because the water was leaking into a part of the basement we seldom use or see. Ugh! We call Henderson right away and they were able to send someone early the next morning. Their plumber, Cyrus, was capable, polite, pleasant and kept us informed as he was working. Happy to be able to recommend highly!

Michael was fantastic. Our water heater was in a very difficult spot. He not only got it replaced, but did so without damaging anything at all, which I was prepared to tolerate knowing how badly positioned it was. He went above and beyond with making sure everything he touched was left better than he found it, and was an excellent communicator. We are very happy with the quality of the work, but to mention the added features our home was lacking previously due to age, like proper shut off valves. Highly recommended.

They do excellent work at reasonable prices. They aren't always the least expensive, but their quotes are complete, which means no unpleasant surprises, and their recommendations reflect their knowledge and desire to do the best job possible. We have used them on plumbing, heating, and A/C jobs, including a commercial sewer line replacement, and have been happy every time. I have recommended them to others for all types of work, big and small.

This company is a joke. They Ripped me off for $60. They sent an unqualified inept person who came here and IMMEDIATELY started adding up some absorbed cost for a simple job to install laundry hookup. He was talking crazy, like having the pvc piping outside/exposed...& said $7200 to put inside the wall, plus more if i wanna get permits, but "I dont have to get permits if I dont want to", he said. He couldnt remember where I wanted the hookup to go and kept suggesting that I put it somewhere else. I wanted to kick him out from the gate. Their fee was $65 and he didnt have change

The price/value was good, the workmanship was excellent, and the people were very nice. Excellent customer service. My only problem was related to the date of my installation, which was December 30. It's a very busy time for everyone, and scheduling was difficult. Overall, I was very satisfied, and would use them again, as I have in the past.

0 stars if I was able to. WM Henderson was hired by the seller of the home I purchased to service the furnace. They completed the service at the end of October issuing a report that the 30 year-old furnace was fully serviced and in working order. Upon running the furnace for the first time after their service we were not getting heat to the 2nd floor radiators. Having worked closely with a plumber in the past I knew I likely just had to bleed the radiators. I checked the T&P boiler gauge first to see if adequate pressure was being applied. The gauge was reading close to 0 which led me to believe

I requested someone to do maintenance on the boiler because the radiators were barely warm on the first floor and cold on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Someone came out and found the water pressure was low, so he did not do the maintenance. He was very pleasant and showed me the lever to open to add water to the system but he did not do it himself. I asked about their maintenance program and gave him my credit card. He left and as soon as I added water the pressure went high and flooded the basement. He did not do any maintenance because there was a leak that had to be fixed first. I got another company

DO NOT use this company they are totally overpriced and will over charge you by at least 3 times the competitive rate for plumbing. Dummy me signed the estimate for a kitchen faucet replacement that took 35 minutes $862 later, mind you with my $65 applicable service fee.Called into the CS department after getting my invoice that was not itemized with the charges for the faucet and labor. Lindsay the CS manager refused to provide me with me the breakdown, told me it's a flat rate. GREAT!!! WHAT'S the flat rate?? Basically told me whatever the tech feels like charging . A Henderson technician was here to tune up our heating system boiler. After finishing, he recommended installing something that would prevent corrosion inside the boiler. He said it would cost $473, so I assumed it was some sort of device. I said ok. Ten minutes later he came up and said he was done. turns out it wasn't a device, but rather a liquid additive. I asked why it was so expensive, and he said "that's what Henderson charges." On-line, the liquid costs $25, so it presumably cost Henderson less.
