Amazing customer service and overall experience! I have been (unfortunately) ghosted by my handyman and other contractors for several weeks. I filled out the online form today and someone (Rich) came over in a few hours to give an assessment and estimate. I was so glad to know more about my bathroom issue and will be using Nichols when I'm ready to do the work. 5+ Stars and highly recommended!!!

I had a very good experience with this company (which has been a struggle area with other companies). I got my hot water heater replaced in which I inquired about the job on Monday, was given a phenomenal quote on Monday, and got the work done on Tuesday. I am impressed with the responsiveness via emails, them having a hot water tank in stock, and the time it took to uninstall my old tank and install the new tank (2 hours). They were clean during the process (which is awesome because I have OCD). I guarantee you will not receive a better price from a professional company (pertaining to a hot water

Called after a horrible experience with a big corporate company; they were recommended by my home warranty company and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that. I called them and got an appointment the same day; said they'd be there within 1.5 hours and arrived before hand.
