Services
A. Yes we do. Jeff's Gems can repair damaged jewelry generally within a two week period and occasionally while you wait. We can resize rings, clean and polish gold and silver and repair most broken items. A. Jeff can take your ideas and create a one of a kind piece of jewelry. We carry a wide variety of merchandise including new jewelry, estate jewelry, and custom pieces created by Jeff. We are always buying new jewels so our showroom is exciting and different each time you visit. At Jeff's Gems we really do have jewelry for every occasion and we carry carefully curated pieces to satisfy our customers' individual tastes.

Highly recommend Jeff’s Gems for jewelry repair. The turn around time for them to fix my ring was really quick especially during the holiday time. The price was also really fair. This was the second store I had gone into to fix my ring, the first store wanted to charge me double what Jeff’s Gems charged. They also replaced a tiny diamond that was missing. All the staff members were also really professional and friendly.

Jeff was awesome! I went in there today to get my rings fixed (they’re soldered together and somehow both got all bent out of shape one day when I was wearing them). He had it fixed and looking brand new in… less than 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me! I’ve attached before and after pics of my ring. He will definitely be my go to in the future!

I BROUGHT JEFF A RARE $200 COIN WATCH FOR REPAIR. THE WATCH HAD STOPPED WORKING. JEFF SAID THAT IT HAD MOISTURE IN IT AND THAT HE COULD FIX IT. HE TOOK MY NUMBER BUT NEVER CALLED ME. AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS I CALLED HIM AND WAS TOLD THE WATCH WAS WORKING AND THAT I COULD PICK IT UP. ( why didn't he call me like he said he would??) A FEW DAYS LATER I… HAD A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT IN KEY WEST AND I PICKED UP THE WATCH. BEFORE I PAID FOR IT I NOTICED THAT THE TIME WASN'T SET WITH THE CORRECT TIME.
