I had the most HORRIBLE experience with this "company"! Upon calling and getting a quote, I was told I would not be charged for drive time and sure enough at the end, you guessed it, they tacked that on. The mover guy came up with some excuse and I tried to resolve the issue with the owner and was told the owner would be calling and no returned call came from the owner.
The final straw, I will not go into detail about but do yourself a HUGE favor and do not hire this unethical company under any circumstances!

I felt scammed using this company. They said they were sending out two movers and a truck. They sent out an injured guy (very nice guy but honest about how hurt he was, I had to give him ibuprofen because I felt so bad) and a runner who barely knew what to do. I told them which furniture I wanted on the truck and the runner kept putting all of the boxes on and before I knew it some of the wrong furniture was in the truck and there was no time to get it all back out. A process that should've taken 2-3 hours took about 6. The mover thought it was ridiculous that they sent him with the new guy, instead

Firstly, I reached out to several companies to get and compare estimates. William, the business owner, was super responsive and gave a fair quote. He was punctual, easily reached for any questions, honest and very nice. He and his team were professional and handled all of my belongings with care and nothing was broken or missing upon arrival. Beds were put together perfectly and they even rearranged the living room a few times until I was happy with the placement of the furniture. Really the best, easiest moved I’ve made William and his team! A+++++ service!

Every employee we dealt with made us feel as though we were their top priority. They were all cheerful and friendly - even after a long delivery drive about 250 miles!! After all of the special requests we made, and even a re-scheduling on our part, Tony and Luis made me feel as if we had a personal connection with them. David and James were considerate and so respectful! We tipped them very well for the extra time they put in on a few last minute changes (holiday weekend (4th of July weekend! 💥 , even!) These guys are the best of the best. Our crew was prompt, careful, strong, quick and a pleasure to deal with. Great group of guys who worked well together. No damage or incidents. They accommodated every request enthusiastically. Moving is stressful enough. Don’t let your moving company be part of it. Affordable Moving Service is a professional outfit. They may quote a bit higher than others, but accept a lowball bid and you get what you pay for. My move came in 20% less than they originally quoted. I can’t rate them highly enough.

We used Affordable Moving Service & Storage because they were great for our previous move. They packed us up and moved us in less time and for substantially less cost than estimated. The team leader David even made sure to not let us be overcharged by taking a detailed count of packing materials. This is a very fair and efficient company. We highly recommend. P.S. Once again, nothing was broken or damaged. Job well done! Excellent!
