Traci oversees all revenue growth and systems development for the company. She ensures that customer's needs are met and properties are cared for in a way that increases their value to the client. Traci is an attorney by training receiving her JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

We will take care of your maintenance need in-house at a fraction of the cost of contractors. We conduct weekly written inspections of your property and perform regular preventive maintenance. The worst company ever. Rude, nasty, unprofessional and inept. Won't return calls or respond to maintenance problems. Charges you for every little thing. If they need equipment to do a repair they charge you for it and keep the equipment. The worst of the bunch is Tracy. Just nasty! Don''t know how they stay in business.

Horrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful, both on the phone and over email. I have never been able to reach my property manager and the staff who answer the phone do not pass on messages. I have had someone "take my message" without even asking for my name, address, or phone number. We found out that our property is being rented to us without a rental license and have reached out dozens of times about it, only to be ignored. We usually have to request maintenance services at least four times (usually two days apart between requests) before they send anyone.
