Duke Lash, a real estate professional, has managed residential and commercial properties in the Washington DC metropolitan area for over 20 years. He is the son of a local area real estate investor and married to a realtor.

In case of fire, medical emergency or a violent situation, tenants should IMMEDIATELY call 911. Report all maintenance emergencies to the management office. There will be staff available to answer phones during regular business hours and the emergency after hours phone line is available on holidays, evening, and weekends.

While in theory Garbage Disposals can handle many food items please do not put the following items down the disposal.
