The most common Trust is a Revocable Living Trust. It represents a private contract between the person or persons creating it and the person or entity they choose to be their Trustee. It does not require court involvement to authorize, create or oversee its administration. It is "Living" as it is prepared and used during the life of the person(s) creating it by transferring an asset into it also referred to as "funding" the trust.
Medi-Cal is a needs-based medical insurance program in the state of California known as Medicaid in other states. It is based on disability and financial needs. The State program is administered by the California Department of Social Services. We assist our clients in gaining eligibility for Medi-Cal long-term care (for those who require skilled nursing care) as well as Medi-Cal for those who are residing in their own homes.
Probate is the court procedure required to prove that a will is valid and with court direction, administer the estate of a person who has passed away in a way that is consistent with their wishes. The term "probate" is also the generic term for the entire process of the administration of the estate of the deceased person, including those estates without wills, with court supervision.

Cheryl Walsh was court appointed guardian ad litem in our case for guardianship of a minor. Throughout the process, it seemed like her only agenda was to please the judge in the case so she would be reappointed in other cases in the future. She even went as far as misrepresenting and misquoting the child's therapist in order to fit the judge's narrative. She stayed silent when she should have spoken out to stand up for her minor client's interest. I was very disappointed in her, she is a very dishonest attorney. She put her own financial interest over and above her minor client&apos

Spoke to an associate of the law office of Chery Walsh, namely Taylor Hill also an attorney. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE under any circumstances. Taylor scheduled a consultation but never made it happen and laughed on the phone when i called to confirm. This Law firm is the absolute bottom of the barrel. BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE.

After dealing with a handful of attorneys regarding a probate case, I was blessed with Cheryl Walsh. She wrapped up everything so swiftly. Getting a referral for an attorney with this specialty was not easy. After suffering the loss off two family members, the last thing I wanted to deal with was court. Ms. Walsh handled it all and no one could have done any better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
