BEWARE They have had 4 chairs for 6 weeks and have not even started working on them. The owner of the business can't even tell me when they might be ready! We ordered seat and back cushions as well, even those are not ready. Be smart, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!
Update 11-5-21 BEWARE BEWARE!! After 140 days of them having our chairs I gave up. After almost 5 months they could not tell us when the chairs would be completed. We picked the chairs up on 11-4-21. Two of the chairs had the back webbing removed and some of the cane had been stripped. They did not even have enough webbing in stock

A real shame, the quality of the work is superlative, really great! And the price is more than fair! IF (and it's a big IF) you don't mind giving up your furniture for two months or more. RC picked up my furniture on 4/1/21 and on 5/27/21 I am still waiting on two large rattan chairs. I was told the job would take "about three weeks". The owner told me she has no control over her employees/workers. Now, no one will return my calls, emails, texts -- I have no idea when I will see my furniture again! A real shame, I am so disappointed.
