Jackie is quick to respond to our phone calls and emails. This is our second time working with her. For me and my husband she is a keeper!!We feel we don't have to look for a mortgage broker anymore. Believe it or not, The Mortgage Company secured three mortgages (primary residence, second home and rental property) within a 12 month period. I'm sure that this is somewhat out of the "norm", but The Mortgage Company folks dived in and worked in a most expeditious and professional manner. We have used The Mortgage Company twice. The first time was to obtain a mortgage on our home. Jackie Gonzales was extraordinarily thorough and got us enrolled in a first-time buyer program that neither of the real estate agents knew about. Having worked with big banks for my previous mortgages, I was pleasantly surprised by the superior level of service and the professionalism I encountered at the Mortgage Company.
