VERY disappointed in this company!! Booked them for my wedding before reading the reviews. Once I read the reviews I got super nervous and asked them to send me "cell phone quality" photos of the vehicle we could expect on the day of the wedding. They photos looked great, nice big party bus, nice interior, put my mind at ease! The day of the wedding comes (which by then it's too late to do anything) and its not the same as the photos. It's White not black, smaller, the interior was falling apart, there were screws coming out the ceiling, a spot for a stripper pole (which wasn

Make sure you ask what the total of your ride will be! Website says a ride to MSP is $65 plus taxes and fees. After I purchased a Yelp deal and proceeded to book a ride to MSP, my total was around $120 after taxes and fees, which include a gas charge and 20% tip. The only reason I ended up booking is because I purchased the Yelp deal. I learned the hard way, make sure you ask what the total cost of your ride is before you book! Oh and the driver was given the wrong address, and ended up being late. And the town car was older and just in OK condition. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. First off, you'll see a few sneaky hidden charges show up AFTER using the service. They'll charge your card more (we were charged an extra $150) than what was on the original quote.
Secondly, the service from beginning to end was awful. The only good thing about the night was that they contracted out our limo to another company, and the driver for them was outstanding. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
