Favian is the man! Our friend group has used his services probably close to 20 times for local concerts and events. He’s always on time, the limos are in great condition, and he is always friendly. I’ve never had a problem with Lake Limos and appreciate all of the good times they’ve helped cater for my friends and I.

Lakes Limo did an amazing job with our son's 18th birthday adventure. Our driver Favian has incredible energy, was very supportive of our travel ideas and helped us captured some amazing sightings in the cities. With COVID, we were limited on what to do for an 18th birthday party. This was an awesome choice. Prices were reasonable. Service was incredible and we had a great time. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

Favian was a great communicator, on time, professional, had cold waters ready and even pulled out a red carpet for photos outside the limo. We rented the black Hummer H2 Limo for a Prom night this past Saturday with 10 young adults. Favian was more than willing to help take their group photos as well. Overall, a great experience and we would use Lakes Limo again in the future!

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Rented a bus for my sons senior prom - they showed up 45 minutes late to pick the kids up, so they missed their dinner reservations. Then they got pulled over for a random bus check and failed an inspection on the bus. Kids sitting on the side of the road in their formalwear. This was completely horrible, senior prom ruined. The owner refuses to pay the kids back any of their $. I would never use this company and will be sure to spread the word every chance I get.

Getting wedding transportation is ridiculously expensive with most places requiring at least a 2 hour booking. Lakes Limo was very accommodating. All we needed was a 30 minute ride from Afton, MN to Minneapolis, MN for 12 people. There were no stops in between, no waiting, just simple transportation from point A to point B.
While most of the other quotes I received ranged from $400-900, Lakes Limo, after hearing our simple request provided us with a Cadillac Escalade Limo that fit 15 for $200+tip.

Booked the limo for a couple hours for a company event only to find out that the service charges for waiting and for stops. He said that we had to book it for two hours and then charges additional for stops and waiting, what are we paying an hourly rate for?
He pulls out this paper and said that we signed a contract. Everything was booked over the phone (with a group of people on speaker phone) so no contract was ever signed.
Disgusted and decided to cancel the service after finding that out and we used the hotel shuttle. He tried to charge us a tip for canceling.
