I scheduled the moving service with Dan! Everything is great till the moving service. On the day of the move, Louis with his team arrived and I did not like too much work attitude of Louis. His team workers are younger than him and they were better. After 3-weeks of moving done, noticed that one of the leg of dresser came out. I talked with… furniture company and moving guys both. Nobody accepted anything, but furniture company explained how it could have happened. They charge you hidden fees and charge you a deposit that you do not get back over a month and a half later. They charge you a evaluation fee just because you call in to make a appointment. There are hundreds of moving companies. Choose them over this one. This review is strictly for the sales associate and shady company. Laura was rude, entitled and belittling over the phone. Worst customer service ever!

I had a fantastic experience with My Guys Moving! The team was professional & efficient, all while smiling & having a good time. They were very careful with my belongings and had everything placed where I wanted it in less than the quoted timeframe. They made a stressful day much easier! I highly recommend My Guys Moving!

We hired this company for a move. The crew broke/ damaged a container full of crystals valued at almost $2000.00 and instead of bringing it to our attention they decided to hide it in the garage behind a lounge… chair. (The crew was instructed to place all boxes and containers in the empty living room.) After I unpacked all my boxes and noticed a container was missing I went searching and found it hidden. I filed a complaint and was told that after a conversation with the crew, my claim has been denied but they offered me $50.00 as a token of appreciation. Don’t want their appreciation

Absolutely recommend! Jorge and his team were fantastic for our local move. They showed up right on time and worked extremely hard to get our move completed in 1 day. They all took great care to ensure our belongings were well packed in the truck to ensure no danger. Also, very professional and friendly. Would definitely use My Guys Moving again and highly recommend!

My realtor recommended them. Since having a long distance move, every moving company isn't the greatest. They were SPECTACULAR!
The sales manager Austin was professional and gave me a good quote NOTE: If a moving company gives a low quote, for example I was only moving 10 minutes away and my low quote was 795, don't go with them. You run the risk of added fees the day of moving and breaking your things)
He offered the insurance. Please get it for your own protection.
The moving team of 4 was on time. I packed everything, and they packed my furniture in covers and shrink wrapped. Living

We used My Guys for our move from our Condo to our new Apartment which was .5 miles away from each other. The crew showed up by 9am and it took them about 4 hours to pack and unload all of our furniture. Everything was safely moved over and put together nicely. They were by far the cheapest from the few quotes that we got.

Tony from my guys was super professional and kind when deciding who we wanted to help move our elderly mom. Their quote seemed reasonable so we went with them. They packed and moved my moms stuff carefully with no issues.
Only issue was it took much longer than anticipated and ended up costing more than expected. They should work on making estimates more accurate.
But, overall it was a smooth experience and we will work with them again!

My guys provided an outstanding service. This was my first move and I prepped the area by removing clothes from furniture. Once they arrived during the schedule time window, I pointed to the furniture to be moved and there they were assessing and carefully wrapping the designated items. I had scheduled a 4 hour move and the move was completed around 2 and 1/2 hours or so and I paid the prorated amount. They crew was "fearless, courageous, and courteous".

From start to finish My Guys Movers were professional, communicative, and friendly. My move had been too big for some movers, too small for others but My Guys Movers took a look at the job and said it was no problem. We moved my bakery from our temporary location to our new permanent location. MGM accepted delivery of our new double-wide fridge from the manufacturer and delivered it straight to the new bakery on moving day. Kenny and his team were speedy and even showed up early on moving day.

I have used My Guys for three moves now, and each time they have come through in a sinch.
This time I used three guys as my apartment was bigger than the previous three apartments, to get me from Falls Church to Herndon, VA. The "guys" that provided my service were Ruben, who appeared to be the team lead, Miguel, who appeared to be the secondary, and Oscar, who appeared to be the new guy.
All of the guys were incredibly quick, friendly, and efficient. I asked for an arrival time between 8-9 am and they arrived at my Falls Church apartment ready to go at 7:55! They got my entire apartment

For the last several days My Guys have been moving our offices for us. I have not seen them in action for the majority of the time, however, I had an opportunity to witness something unexpected today.
They have moved extremely heavy furniture, multiple 50+ year old metal cabinets, countless file cabinets loaded with case files and boxes upon boxes full of uncommonly dense, one foot by 2 feet, 3 inch to 5 inch thick, leather bound books. They did all of this with remarkably limited space. You see, our new offices are tiny!
These latter mentioned boxes of record books had already been placed inside
