We would like to introduce our family-owned business to you and offer our goals in preserving our beautiful waters and environmental resources. Environmental and Labor Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Julian and Lori Cardona. Julian, a service-disabled veteran, had a vision for environmental and emergency response opportunities while serving ten years in the United States Navy.
Environmental and Labor Solutions has an impressive portfolio representing projects where trained and certified environmental remediation workers responded to the sites to assist in HAZMAT cleanup and restoration operations. We are proud to have served to protect and assist many communities struggling to survive the effects of natural and man-made disasters across the United States and the Caribbean.
